who뒤에는 불완전한 문장이 와야합니다. 그죠? 여기서 who whom은 관계사이기 때문에 불완전한 문장이 와야하며, whose는 소유격관계사이기 때문에 뒤에 완전한 문장이 오며, in which는 where이기 때문에 관계부사 즉 뒤에 완전한 문장이 옵니다.

대충 해석해보면
